How to Order

Ordering Online
To place an order online, browse the website, choose the product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping basket. Once you are ready to pay and confirm you want to place your order, choose “checkout”, and you will be taken to the checkout summary page, where you will have the chance to review your order and make any necessary amendments. You will then be asked to key in your payment details confirming you accept our Terms and Conditions, and then choose “continue to pay" to be taken to the payment page.

Ordering by Post, Fax or Email
Please send written orders stating all details of the items required e.g. Product Code, Description, Price, Quantity, Colour, Quotation Number (if applicable) and post, fax or email it to:

Health and Education Authority order forms may be used, or you may wish to write down the details clearly on your own headed paper. Please do not forget to state the delivery address and who will be responsible for payment of the invoice. It may also be necessary to forward a VAT zero rating declaration with your order (please click here for more information on VAT Exemption and to download a VAT form).

If you wish to open a credit account with SensoryPlus then a purchase order number on headed paper must accompany your order.

Ordering by Telephone
Orders can be accepted over the telephone provided that an official order number can be given (Account Customers Only), or by using a Debit or Credit Card stating the card number, security code, the expiry date and the cardholder's name and address. Please try to ensure that when ordering you are able to state the product code, descroption, fabric and colour if applicable, the price and the quantity required. In the event that goods have been quoted for, please state the applicable quoation number(s).

Change or cancel your order
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order online however in some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order before it is despatched so please call us on 01302 645 685. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow the procedure outlined in our Returns Policy in the event of any unwanted products.
